About Me


I began my fitness and nutrition career when I graduated from Utah Valley University with my BA in Community Health. My excitement for fitness pushed me into the direction of group fitness. I loved the energy and excitement that the environment created and couldn't get enough. I love surrounding myself with others who want to work hard, become stronger and give it their all in every workout! I believe my intense training methods are not only good for the body, but for the soul as well. I love helping others develop a positive self worth and becoming their best physical and mental self.
I am also an avid runner and just completed the Boston Marathon! I have 3 beautiful children and a husband who also Train's Insane!
